Privacy Policy
Delna was built on a simple idea: your financial data belongs to you, and only you. This page explains — in plain language — what data Delna handles, where it lives, and what we can and cannot see. Spoiler: we cannot see anything.
Your data is stored on your iPhone. We run no servers and collect nothing.
Optional backup syncs only to your personal iCloud account. We never touch it.
No analytics, no ads, no bank connections, no third-party SDKs, nothing sold.
Delna does not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal data. Everything you enter in Delna — transactions, categories, budgets, your name, your currency preference — is stored in an encrypted database on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, that data is also stored in your own private iCloud database, tied to your Apple Account, on Apple's infrastructure. Olten Tech operates no servers, has no access to your iCloud, and has no technical means of reading your data. What you track in Delna stays between you and your phone.

That is the complete list. Delna has no access to your bank accounts, contacts, location, photos, or anything else on your device beyond what you type into it.
On your device. Delna stores your data locally in a database protected by iOS's built-in encryption. It is protected by your device passcode and, if enabled, Face ID or Touch ID.
In your iCloud — optionally. If you are signed into iCloud, Delna syncs your data to your personal, private iCloud database so it is backed up and can be restored if you get a new device or reinstall the app. This sync happens entirely between your device and Apple's iCloud service under your Apple Account. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you enable App Lock, Delna uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework to ask iOS to verify you with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Biometric data is processed entirely by iOS inside your device's secure hardware. Delna never sees, stores, or has access to your biometric information — the app only receives a simple "success or failure" answer from the system.
Delna's analytics and insights — spending comparisons, budget pacing, trends — are computed by the app directly on your device. No data is sent anywhere for processing. There is no AI cloud service, no external analysis, and no third party involved at any step.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you have rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, and portability. Because Delna's architecture keeps all data in your hands and none in ours, you exercise these rights directly in the app: view everything on any screen, edit or delete any entry, export your data, or erase it all in Settings. Since Olten Tech does not collect or process your personal data, there is no data held by us to request. If you have any questions about your rights, contact us and we will help.
Delna is not directed at children under 13, and — consistent with everything above — collects no personal data from any user of any age.
If Delna's privacy practices ever change — for example, if a future feature required a new kind of data handling — we will update this page, revise the effective date above, and clearly describe what changed inside the app before the change applies. The core promise will not change: your financial data is yours.
